Senator Dave Wanzenreid is working on LC0250, which is a bill that would add PTSD to the list of qualifying conditions for a medical marijuana card in the state. We need your help to support this important bill.

We are looking for supporters who are willing to send email messages to their own state representatives. We are also looking for veterans who may be able to testify on behalf of this bill when it is before the committee.

If would like to help, please send a message with your name and contact information so we can follow up with you and discuss how you can help!

I’m a vet. 100% disabled due to ptsd. I currently get my card under chronic pain, but I have stopped using several anti-anxiety drugs since starting mmj three years ago.

When I was a resident of Montana I voted for the original bill that was passed.
Unfortunately in my absence from the state it has taken 4 steps backwards.
The growers assoc/ care providers et at should band together and write a law sismilar in scope as the otherstates Co., Wa and have this bill presented.
Think like the oponets and defeat them with money well spent on a good lobbyist who is very connected.
This won’t sell if you can’t show controlls and taxing.
Which should not be hard to to do.

This is a good read on the importance of giving vets a break as 18% return with PTSD.
